Victorian three floor building conversion by Joni Lumaj from jk building services in Kensington.
Joni converted this building into three flats, a very difficult job, from what should have been a simple conversion to totally take out all floors and stairs and left with only the skeleton of the building, a huge job.
In all 39 years experience as landlords we have never met such a great character and such a pleasure to deal with, his resourcefulness in solving arising issues and his creativity was amazing, he basically did what the architect should have done and more.
He also dealt with all the new services and also with the council buildings control surveyor who wasn't an easy character yet with his ideas solved all issues.
If there was another job needed, without hesitation we wouldn't bother to look for anybody else.
